We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Janitor/Light Maintenance person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests by performing various cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain the clubhouse, always ensuring a neat and tidy appearance.
  
• Clean and sanitize restrooms regularly, ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies.
  
• Perform pressure cleaning tasks as needed for outdoor areas, walkways, and surfaces.
  
• Handle light maintenance duties, including painting, minor repairs, and general upkeep tasks.
  
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are stocked and in good working condition.
  
• Maintain safety standards and report any issues that need attention to management.
  
• Respond to any other maintenance or cleaning requests as directed by the supervisor.
  

** Prior experience a must!**

Full-Time Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm

Pay Rate: Up to $20 DOE
