Key Responsibilities:
- Support the tracking and analysis of marketing campaign performance, including creating reports and offering insights for optimization.
- Manage the marketing calendar, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed on time.
- Help organize events, product launches, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and product teams, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns, including writing copy, designing templates, and segmenting audiences.
- Manage the brand’s social media presence, including posting and engaging with followers.
- Assist in the creation and editing of marketing content for blog posts, newsletters, and product descriptions.
Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media platforms, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs).
- Familiarity with design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills and take on challenges.
