Position: Junior Project Manager
Description:
Lead and execute firm onboarding projects and workflow integrations. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned firms. Coordinate across internal teams, carriers, and third-party providers. Build and manage project plans, timelines, and communications. Facilitate meetings, UAT testing, and post-launch support. Maintain documentation and manage client relationships proactively.
Requirements: 1–5 years experience in project management, client implementation, business analysis, or investment operations. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and JIRA.
