JD Link Inc is a fashion company that provides market data and trend intelligence to major brands across the USA for Adults and Kids apparel. We are seeking candidates with Fashion Design Major with 2~3 yrs. experience, to join our talented fashion market research team.
Responsibilities
- Create and research trend forecasts & market reports for all fashion markets.
- Analyze offline and online markets and identify trends aligning with our customer’s brands.
- Daily communication with overseas product design development and cross-functional teams.
- Creating Flat sketches/ Tech packs is a plus.
- Present trend forecasts and product development ideas to customers on a seasonal basis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in fashion design is required.
- Highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator, photoshop, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of garment construction and fabrication.
- Must be organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented multi-tasker with a positive attitude.
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Keen trend awareness and creativity
- Ability to work independently and within a team-based collaborative environment.
- Must be eligible to work in the US.
- Daily commute to NYC is required.
