Are you a driven Labor & Employment attorney ready to take your career to the next level? A highly respected client is looking for a California-licensed attorney with 1+ years of experience to join their collaborative and agile team in Los Angeles, San Diego, or San Francisco.

Key Requirements - Represent clients in a wide range of employment matters, including:
- Single-plaintiff litigation (discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination)
- Class action and PAGA litigation
- Manage all phases of litigation:
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and motions
- Argue motions in court
- Take and defend depositions
- Conduct administrative hearings (a plus!)
- Advise employers on day-to-day workplace issues
- Draft and update employee handbooks and workplace policies
- Lead employee training sessions on employment law compliance
Qualifications - Active membership in the California Bar
- At least 1 year of labor & employment law experience
- Strong litigation skills and courtroom confidence
- Excellent legal research, writing, and communication abilities
- A detail-oriented mindset and a proactive work ethic
- Experience with depositions and administrative hearings is a bonus
