Job Description

The World Economic Forum is recruiting a Lead, National Engagement for the Humanitarian and Resilience Investing (HRI) Initiative within the Centre for Regional and Geopolitical Affairs. The role involves managing strategic relations with multilateral institutions and spearheading the HRI initiative to unlock impact investing in frontier markets, focusing on Sub-Saharan Africa. Responsibilities include developing strategies for multisector cooperation, incubating country alliances, managing stakeholder relationships, fundraising, policy advocacy, event management, and content creation. The candidate will report to the Head, International Organisations and Humanitarian Agenda and collaborate internally and externally with various stakeholders. The role requires excellent strategic thinking, diplomacy, program management skills, and experience in multi-stakeholder processes. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree, 7+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency in English and French.
