Job Title: Leadership Keynote Speaker
Job Type:  One-Day Event


Duties:

  • Deliver a 45–60-minute keynote speech to a live audience of approximately 900 participants, focusing on the theme "Building Resilience."
  • Cover the following key messages:
    • The importance of resilience in leadership and personal growth.
    • How resilience helps overcome obstacles and limitations in challenging environments.
    • Resilience as a tool to prevent harmful behaviors and foster positive team dynamics.
    • Strategies for leaders to use resilience to build trust, morale, and team cohesion.
    • Leveraging resilience to strengthen communities and enhance overall performance.
  • Collaborate with event organizers to ensure alignment with the event's objectives and schedule.
  • Engage with military and civilian leaders to inspire and motivate them during the session.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience delivering motivational keynote speeches to large audiences (600+ attendees).
  • Demonstrated expertise in resilience, leadership, and team-building topics.
  • At least one of the following qualifications:
    • Experience: Significant personal or professional milestones demonstrating resilience (e.g., military service, high-stakes projects, overcoming adversity).
    • Exposure: Recognized reputation as a speaker, published author, podcast contributor, or substantial social media following.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse audience.
