Opportunity:

Newly budgeted opening for Atlanta based US HQ of global corporation for an attorney with a minimum of 3 years' experience ideally in EEO (most important) and Commercial / Compliance law. Located close to Athens, GA (home to UGA for those not in ATL). In-office job. Relocation assistance provided.

The Job:

• Provide support to HR on a variety of Employment matters

• Negotiate, draft and review a wide range of agreements including customer, vendor, purchase, service, lisence and leases

• Manage legal disputes and investigations

• Monitor and enhance Company's Ethics and Compliance program

• Work with outside counsel

What you will bring:

• A JD + a minimum of 3 years experience preferable in EEO, Commercial and Compliance. Will consider candidates that don't have all 3 -- EEO and Compliance are the most important

• Negotiating and drafting experience are necessary

• Privacy experience is a plus

• Experience can come either from a law firm or another corporation or a combination

• Prior experience with manufacturing companies is helpful (this can come from either a firm or another corporation)
