About the Role

We are seeking a Legal internship to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the Legal counsel and Direction, Sales, and Finance department in transactional, litigation and corporate matters for a publicly listed company with six international subsidiaries.

Responsibilities

Business Law - Commercial contracts for clients, suppliers and service providers:

  • Drafting, negotiation, analysis and internal advice on all types of commercial contracts
  • Creating and updating of licensing contracts, confidentiality agreements and stand clauses •

Social Law

  • Drafting and amendment of employment contracts
  • Implementation and monitoring of mutual termination agreements

Litigation

  • Preparation and follow of litigation files

Compliance support

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • You received a legal degree from or are currently enrolled in a top tier law school, with a focus on business/corporate/contract law; having both civil and common law backgrounds is a plus
  • You have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and in French, and are comfortable working in an international environment
  • You will have the ability to work autonomously, with a self-starter mindset and projects that will require you to develop the execution roadmap and follow
