About Our Client A domestically renowned US law firm headquartered in NYC. Job Description Conduct high volume recruitment processes, from creating job descriptions through onboarding. Coordinate and organize recruitment events and initiatives; high-volume interview scheduling and feedback collection. Manage the firm's Summer Associate Program; event planning, RSVP tracking, etc. Maintain and ensure accuracy of the firm's ATS. Collaborate closely with other teams including the PD, General Business Recruitment, and Legal recruitment teams. The Successful Applicant 3+ years of prior experience within the legal industry. Comprehensive experience in sourcing and interviewing legal talent - both junior and senior. Prior experience in running Summer Associate programs.
