The Customer Service Representative is the cornerstone of exceptional customer experiences in our Allstate agency. As a CSR, you will assist clients with their insurance needs, resolve inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction, fostering long-term relationships that contribute to the agencys success.

Base salary will start at $32,000-$38,000.00 with a highly incentivized bonus schedule.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service by handling inquiries via phone, email, or in-person visits.
  • Resolve billing issues, answer policy questions, and process service requests.
  • Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims reporting.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of client interactions and updates in the agencys CRM system.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling or bundling additional insurance products.
  • Forward leads and opportunities to sales agents.
  • Manage office tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling.
  • Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and renewals.
  • Compliance:
  • Adhere to Allstates underwriting guidelines and state insurance regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).
  • Property & Casualty License preferred or willingness to obtain within 60 days of employment.
  • 12 years of customer service experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
