Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Massage Therapist, located in Indianapolis, IN. The Licensed Massage Therapist will be responsible for delivering high-quality therapeutic massage services, including body massages and specialized techniques such as Swedish, Deep Tissue and Integrated massage, tailored to meet individual client needs. The role also involves assisting clients with stress management, maintaining a clean and inviting environment, and ensuring a relaxing and positive experience for all clients. Providing exemplary customer service and fostering strong client relationships are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Therapeutic Massage, including body massage and therapeutic techniques, with a valid licensure or certification as a Massage Therapist
• Knowledge and skills in Stress Management practices to support client wellness objectives
• Strong Customer Service abilities to foster positive client experiences and build lasting relationships
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and team members
