They are currently seeking a skilled Litigation Associate Attorney to join their team and contribute to the firm’s continued success.

Job Description:
The Litigation Associate Attorney will represent clients in legal proceedings, draft key legal documents, and provide expert advice on a variety of legal transactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a dedication to providing high-quality legal representation.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies
• Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts
• Advise clients on business and legal transactions
• Negotiate settlements in legal disputes
• Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations
• Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

Qualifications:

• Licensed Attorney in the State of Michigan
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in law, with a focus on litigation
• Knowledge of various legal documents and procedures
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
