Experienced Litigation Attorneys
Candidates must be proficient in litigation in State & Federal courts, in researching, drafting sophisticated pleadings, motions, and appellate briefs in State and Federal courts. The candidates must also have clear familiarity with the Rules of Procedure and courthouse practices; maintain constant knowledge of current legal developments; and demonstrate the ability to accomplish multiple tasks on a routine basis.
