PSI is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Commercial litigation and have a passion for advocating on behalf of our clients. This role is essential in ensuring that we provide top-tier legal services and achieve favorable outcomes in complex legal disputes. The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, representing clients in court proceedings, and developing strategic litigation approaches tailored to each case. Strong analytical and negotiation skills are critical, as the attorney will engage with opposing parties and their counsel to resolve disputes amicably whenever possible. The successful candidate will also contribute to continuous improvement in our legal processes and support the firm's growth by mentoring junior attorneys and legal staff. Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse caseload of litigation matters from inception to resolution.
  • Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents in accordance with court rules.
  • Develop and implement effective legal strategies for various cases.
  • Conduct legal research and analyze case law to support litigation efforts.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and settlement negotiations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their legal needs and goals.
  • Mentor junior attorneys and interns, providing guidance and support in their professional development.

Requirements

  • Jurisdictions’ Bar Admission and a valid law license.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation or related fields.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing trials and court cases.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
