• Minimum of 3 years hospital experience and needs acute level care coordination experience.
• MUST have experience with and proficient at Midas, InterCall, Cerner, Curaspan, and Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience with discharge planning and utilization review.
• Charting System: Cerner
• BLS
