Opportunity Highlights
Schedule: 4-10 hours, weekend rotation required
Job Setting: Inpatient heart failure
Types of Cases: Inpatient heart failure; Transplant, LVAD and advanced heart failure experience preferred
Credentialing: 120 days
Minimum Requirements
Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Eligible
Certifications: ACLS, BLS
Licensure: Wisconsin or Compact License
