Job Description
This position will be responsible for providing nursing care and case management services for patients in the Behavioral Health Unit.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patient's mental health status
- Develop and implement care plans
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and community resources
- Provide support and education to patients and their families
Requirements:
- Active LVN license
- Previous experience in behavioral health nursing preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
