Mailroom Associate – Nashville, TN
We are seeking a professional and adaptable Mailroom Associate to join a fast-paced law firm environment. This role supports multiple office floors and requires excellent customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized in a dynamic setting.
Responsibilities:
-Sort, distribute, and process mail (including FedEx, certified mail, and postage meter machine).
-Complete floor runs, copy/print jobs, binding, and supply copy centers.
-Assist with court runs after training.
-Provide copier/scanner support and troubleshoot equipment as needed.
-Handle sensitive and confidential documents with professionalism.
-Perform light shipping/receiving tasks (no lifting over 50 lbs; assistance provided for heavier items).
Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent required.
-1+ year of experience in a mailroom, or office services role preferred.
-Strong customer service and communication skills.
-Comfortable with walking and supporting multiple office floors.
-Basic computer skills (MS Office); experience with copiers, scanners, and mail machines a plus.
-Must be adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to manage shifting priorities.
