**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of two years' experience as an industrial mechanic and electrical.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment.
- Strong understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, and schematics.
- Ability to operate power and hand tools for repair and maintenance.
- Experienced in preventive maintenance practices on machinery and mechanical equipment.
- Capable of installing, setting up, and tuning injection molding or similar systems.
- Adept at addressing and resolving safety hazards promptly.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Availability for overtime and flexible weekend scheduling.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
