The University of Miami has partnered with Legends to oversee athletics, ticket sales, digital marketing, and more. Legends will develop campus-wide strategic partnerships and engage fans, donors, and brands with sponsorship, ticketing, and hospitality opportunities. Role: The Manager, Creative and Video Content, will collaborate with various teams within Miami Athletics to create engaging content for fans. Essential Job Functions: Shoot and edit video content for social media, YouTube, and MiamiHurricanes.com. Propose and develop video ideas to enhance the Miami Hurricanes brand and revenue. Coordinate with digital and communication teams for video shoots, including audio and lighting. Create shot lists, scripts, and question lists for projects. Meet content deadlines and manage content calendars. Attend home and select away games for all Miami athletic teams. Produce footage for media requests, press conferences, highlights, and interviews. Storyboard, shoot, and edit intro videos for teams. Cover departmental events as needed. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Creative Services Director. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Experience with video production workflows for digital media. Strong storytelling from concept to distribution. Ability to meet deadlines under time constraints. Proficiency with professional video/audio equipment (Sony, Canon, RED, Blackmagic). Skills in editing software (Premiere, After Effects, Avid, DaVinci Resolve, Media Encoder) and color grading. Multi-project management skills. Knowledge of After Effects is a plus. Basic lighting and audio skills. Asset management experience. Self-starter with good work ethic and time management. Willingness to work nights, weekends, and travel as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3-5 years of experience or equivalent education and experience. Successful background check required. Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience, with benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and 401(k).
