As a Marketing & Business Management Trainee , you'll receive hands-on experience in marketing, sales, and leadership development as you progress toward managing your own team or campaign.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and fundraising events
Represent clients with professionalism and enthusiasm in face-to-face interactions
Conduct outreach, generate new donor leads, and build brand awareness
Learn and apply sales techniques to reach performance targets
Collaborate with team members to develop marketing strategies
Participate in leadership development training and one-on-one coaching
Contribute to team goals and mentor new trainees as you advance
Analyze campaign performance and provide feedback for improvements
Qualifications:
Strong interest in marketing, sales, or business leadership
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Goal-driven, organized, and eager to take initiative
