Job Title: Marketing Analyst – Footnote Development & Governance

Location: Wilmington, DE (Onsite Monday–Tuesday; Wednesday-Friday remote)

Duration: Long-term contract (12+ months, strong potential for conversion to FTE)

Pay Rate: $25.28/hour

Experience Level: 1–3 years

About the Role:

We are seeking two Marketing Analysts to support the Footnote Development & Governance team within the Cobrand Marketing group. These roles will focus on either Footnote Indication or Footnote Development , helping ensure regulatory and brand-compliant disclosure across a high volume of marketing assets.

You’ll join a fast-paced, collaborative team of six, contributing to a critical function that manages more than 400 marketing assets per month.

Position Breakdown:

Role 1. Footnote Indication Analyst (2 openings)

This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for language, compliance, and detail. If you have a copywriting or content review background and thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments, this is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze marketing copy to determine necessary footnotes/disclosures
  • Validate AI-generated recommendations for accuracy and appropriateness
  • Maintain a pace of ~50+ marketing assets per month once fully ramped
  • Collaborate closely with legal, compliance, and creative teams

Qualifications:

  • Copywriting or content analysis experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of disclosure language
  • Quick learner, able to adapt to fast-moving requirements
  • Ability to spot inconsistencies and ensure regulatory compliance

Role 2. Footnote Development Analyst (2 openings)

This role focuses on maintaining and executing approved footnote designs and content. Ideal for someone with a project coordination or editorial background who enjoys process, precision, and cross-team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement approved changes to footnotes in marketing materials
  • Manage updates in the footnote library and across asset instances
  • Coordinate with marketing and legal for review/approval cycles
  • Work on ~20–30 assets/month due to longer review processes

Qualifications:

  • Project coordination or marketing operations background preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple approvals and timelines

Tools & Software:

  • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) – preferred
  • InDesign – helpful, though being phased out
  • Adobe Creative Suite , Microsoft Office , Digital Asset Management tools
  • Must be comfortable working on Macs

Soft Skills:

  • Comfortable working in a highly collaborative team environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills; must interact with legal, marketing, and design partners
  • Proactive communicator and problem-solver
