Job Title: Director of Marketing

We are seeking a  strategic and hands-on Director of Marketing to lead our in-house team and manage external partners. This role will drive brand growth, create high-impact campaigns, and elevate ECD’s positioning in the luxury automotive space. It will be based at our  Kissimmee, FL, headquarters and will involve working closely with the Sales, Client Experience, and Creative teams.

Position Summary:

The Director of Marketing will lead a comprehensive marketing strategy while balancing execution and leadership. The ideal candidate will blend data-driven insights with compelling brand storytelling to deliver growth and high-quality engagement.

📅 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a luxury-focused marketing strategy.
• Lead and mentor an in-house marketing team and manage agencies.
• Oversee brand storytelling, digital marketing, PR, and influencer partnerships.
• Implement direct-to-consumer activations and retail initiatives.
• Optimize campaign performance through data-driven insights.

Performance Marketing & Analytics

Success will be measured by performance across key areas, including:

• Growth in qualified leads (MQLs) and lead conversion rates.
• Expanded brand visibility and media reach through press and events.
• Impactful PR campaigns and consistent media exposure.
• Strong SEO performance and growth in organic lead generation.
• Development of luxury brand partnerships .
• Effective influencer marketing and ambassador initiatives.
• Delivery of press reviews and media test drives .
• Increased social media engagement .
• Growth in showroom traffic and retail activations .
• Consistent email marketing performance and CRM optimization.
• Streamlined marketing operations through tools such as Asana & HubSpot.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of marketing leadership experience in luxury or high-end industries.
• Proven expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, and luxury consumer engagement .
• Strong background in PR, content creation, influencer campaigns, and SEO .
• Experience managing teams and external partners .
• Project management proficiency (Asana preferred).
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills .
