Feal Hospitality, led by Chef Niven Patel and Mohamed “Mo” Alkassar, is a group of nationally recognized, award-winning restaurants in South Florida. The group includes Ghee, an Indian restaurant with two Michelin Bib Gourmand awards, Erba, an upscale Italian restaurant featured in Esquire Magazine’s “Best New Restaurants in America,” Paya, an island-inspired concept in Miami Beach, and NiMo, a coastal Mediterranean concept in Jupiter, Florida. Chef Niven's 2-acre farm in Homestead, Florida, Rancho Patel, serves as the inspiration for all FEAL Hospitality concepts, allowing for seasonally tailored menus with locally grown ingredients.

Role Description

This is a full-time Marketing Manager role located in Miami, FL. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing social media accounts, planning events, and collaborating with the team to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management or marketing roles. Please provide Portfolio when applying.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
• Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator or similar graphic design software is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong photography skills are a plus; ability to create visually appealing content is essential.
• Familiarity with video editing software is desirable to enhance multimedia content creation.
• A passion for staying ahead of trends in social media and digital marketing.
