We are looking for a Marketing/Communications Coordinator to join our team in Mason, Ohio. This is a long-term contract position that offers a hybrid work setup, requiring occasional in-office presence. The role will focus on providing operational support for marketing and sales initiatives, including event coordination, vendor management, and process optimization.
Responsibilities:
• Organize and oversee logistics for marketing and sales events, such as speaker programs and industry conferences.
• Collaborate directly with healthcare professionals to coordinate speaker engagements.
• Manage processes related to contracts, payments, and travel to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
• Track budgets, handle invoices, and support vendor management for commercial teams.
• Develop and maintain sales and marketing programs, identifying opportunities to optimize workflows.
• Assist with field roster management, including onboarding and offboarding communications.
• Coordinate communication strategies for new hires and transitions within the team.
• Maintain a proactive approach to adapting strategies in a dynamic, post-acquisition environment.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies while supporting marketing operations.
• Provide insights and support for improving brand awareness and campaign effectiveness.• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 3–5 years of experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.
• Demonstrated expertise in marketing operations, event coordination, vendor management, and sales team support.
• Strong skills in budgeting, contracting, and vendor relations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience with CRM platforms and email marketing tools like Constant Contact.
• Exceptional interpersonal and decision-making abilities to thrive in fast-paced environments.
