Meat Cutter
Position Overview: A Meat Cutter is responsible for butchering, trimming, and preparing various types of meat. The role requires an understanding of different cuts of meat, proper handling and storage practices, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. What You'll Do: Learn the Craft: Work alongside our experienced butchers, learning the skills needed to become a master in meat preparation. Customer Engagement: Make customers smile as you assist them with meat selection and offer friendly, helpful recommendations. Quality Control: Ensure our products meet the highest standards of freshness, quality, and presentation. Team Support: Help maintain inventory, stock shelves, and keep your workspace clean and organized. Safety Focus: Follow all safety guidelines to maintain a safe and clean environment. Who We're Looking For: Eager to Learn: You’re excited about learning a valuable trade and are ready to work hard and grow. Upbeat & Positive: You bring enthusiasm and a can-do attitude to every interaction. Great Communicator: You love engaging with people and can clearly communicate with customers and teammates. Reliable: You show up ready to work with a positive, can-do attitude every day. Qualifications: Must be 18 years or older. Proficiency in English is required; Spanish skills are a plus. Non-slip shoes are required for safety (not provided). Legal authorization to work in the United States. Reliable transportation is a must.
