We are seeking a Medical Assistant or LPN to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Handle administrative duties in a timely manner
• Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
• Prior authorizations for procedures, medications, DME
• Escort patients to exam rooms
• Assist Provider with room set-ups & procedures
• Collect various samples for labs, to include blood collection (venipuncture)

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields
• Familiarity with medical ICD 10 coding
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Phlebotomy experience
• Experience coordinating/communicating with outsourced labs.
• Strong geriatric care background preferred.
