Medical Receptionist Front Desk Location San Diego, CA :

Healing Arts Health Center is a premier Acupuncture Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Clinic located in Clairemont near the 52, 805 and 5 Freeways close to Target, Home Depot and many shopping centers off Balboa and Genesee.

We are in search of a Part-Time Medical Front Desk Receptionist to join our team for immediate Hire! We appreciate those who are self motivated, hard working, detailed-oriented and professional with exceptional people skills.

Current available hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings 8:30 - 2:00. Additional hours may be available.

Minimum 1 year medical or dental front desk & Insurance verification experience.

Main job duties :

• Answer phones / Return messages
• Schedule appointments
• Collect and Post Payments
• Room patients / Take vitals / History
• Clean patient rooms
• Data entry, copying, scanning, filing and faxing
• Insurance verification
• Light Insurance Billing and Reporting

The ideal candidate:

• Positive energy, compassionate and caring
• Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
• Proficient on a Mac and in MS Office Applications Excel and Word.
