Job Description:

As a Medicare Sales Agent, you will educate and assist beneficiaries in understanding Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug Plans. You'll help clients enroll in plans that best meet their healthcare needs. This role offers flexibility, great earning potential, and the opportunity to grow with a dynamic and supportive team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with prospective clients to assess their Medicare coverage needs.
• Educate clients on Medicare Advantage Plans available in their areas
• Conduct sales presentations over the phone
• Assist beneficiaries in comparing and enrolling in Medicare health plans that meet their needs.
• Maintain compliance with CMS guidelines and company policies.
• Manage and follow up on leads provided through company marketing efforts.
• Stay up-to-date on Medicare regulations and plan changes to provide the best advice to clients.
• Track sales and manage client records using our CRM system.

Qualifications:

• MUST have valid health insurance license
• Licensed in multiple states
• Experience in Medicare sales or health insurance is r equired.
• Strong communication skills with a passion for helping others.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using technology for virtual meetings, CRM, and sales tracking tools.
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus but not required.
