Leonard Middle School seeks a committed and experienced Head Football Coach. We're looking for a dynamic leader who can inspire student-athletes, build a program designed around learning, and foster a culture of hard work, discipline, and integrity. Responsibilities Include Coaching and managing the LMS Football program. Planning and conducting practices, games, and off-season training. Promoting character development, academic accountability, and sportsmanship. Collaborating with assistant coaches, school staff, and parents Minimum Qualifications Strong knowledge of football fundamentals and strategy. Ability to motivate, mentor, and connect with student-athletes. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Appropriate coaching certifications and CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain).
