What You’ll Do:
- Act with integrity and professionalism in all customer and colleague interactions.
- Consult with consumers about their mortgage options, providing expert guidance on loan products.
- Pursue leads from satisfied customer referrals, real estate agents, and financial advisors.
- Ensure all loan applications and disclosures comply with federal and state regulations.
- Stay ahead of industry trends through continuous training and education.
- Identify potential red flags for mortgage fraud and uphold fair lending policies.
- Contribute to company growth by suggesting improvements in efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated professionals with the ability to generate and maintain client relationships.
- Commitment to compliance and ethical lending practices.
- Active NMLS license or willingness to obtain one.
- Education requirement: H.S. Diploma or equivalent.
