Law Firm client specializing in Real Estate transactions in their search for a Mortgage Banking Paralegal to join their growing practice. The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented, proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to managed high-volume caseloads.

Qualifications

• The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented, proactive, with strong communication skills and the ability to managed high-volume caseloads
• 2+ years in NYC real estate law, residential banking transactions
• Proficient in title reports, lien searches, and CEMAs
• Banking Services, Communication Skills, Detail Oriented, Financial Transactions, Legal, Liens, Maintain Compliance, Mortgage, Paralegal, Post Closing, Real Estate, Real Estate Law, Residential Real Estate

Responsibilities

• Manage residential purchase and refinance transactions; including post-closing duties
• Handle pre-closing requirements (title work, mortgage payoffs, etc.)
• Prepare Closing Disclosures, HUD-1s, ALTA settlement statements
• Draft and process CEMAs and UCC filings
• Ensure compliance
• with "Paralegal/NYC" in the subject line
