Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate mortgage loan leads through various channels.
- Conduct thorough financial assessments to understand clients' needs, goals, and eligibility for mortgage products.
- Guide clients through the mortgage application process, including gathering required documentation, verifying information, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure that all related parties are kept informed of loan status, conveying the appropriate level of urgency and professionalism so that all expectations are exceeded.
- Seek prospective opportunities to retain and/or develop new clients.
Requirements:
- Active NMLS License required .
- Knowledge of Conventional, FHA, and Non-QM loan products
- Demonstrated understanding of mortgage processing, underwriting, and closing procedures.
- Minimum of three (3) years of residential mortgage lending experience with a focus on generating self-sourced business is preferred
