This role focuses on the delivery of full-cycle recruitment for early‑career positions while providing operational support for campus engagement and hiring events across the US. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and the global Emerging Talent team to deliver a seamless, inclusive, and efficient hiring process. You’ll also support the execution of campus activities and events that help maintain Arm’s presence and brand within key universities and partner organizations. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Delivery Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for intern and graduate roles across multiple business groups. Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, advise on recruitment standards, and ensure consistent, inclusive hiring. Collaborate with coordinators to deliver a smooth candidate experience from application to offer and onboarding. Track pipeline progress, maintain accurate data in the ATS, and report hiring metrics and trends to team members. Deliver timely and clear communication with candidates and hiring teams to ensure process clarity and engagement. Campus Engagement Support Build and support a strong volunteer community for campus events. Support event logistics such as scheduling, ordering materials, shipping, and on‑site coordination. Track event participation, feedback, and outcomes to support data‑driven evaluation of engagement efforts. Represent Arm at events as a brand ambassador, engaging with students and promoting early‑career opportunities. Required Skills & Experience Experience owning the full lifecycle of early careers’ recruitment. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle multiple roles and priorities simultaneously. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrable ability to deliver results in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment. Attention to detail and a data‑driven approach to process improvement. Willingness to travel occasionally for campus or recruiting events.
