Location: Palm Beach, FL (Local Applicants Only)

Schedule: 14-day Rotational (2 weeks on, 2 weeks off)

Compensation: Up to $125K DOE (Payroll Position)

Benefits: $300/month medical stipend for the first 90 days; 100% covered health, dental, and vision after probation

A high-profile Palm Beach family is seeking an experienced career nanny for their 6-year-old and 18-month-old . The ideal candidate is kind, fun, reliable, and experienced with both age groups. The role is in a fully staffed home, requiring teamwork and comfort around four dogs.

Responsibilities:

• Full childcare duties, including meal prep, play, reading, and educational activities
• Maintaining organization of children’s spaces, laundry, and light housekeeping
• Driving as needed and accompanying the family on travel

Requirements:

• 7+ years of recent childcare experience with toddlers and school-age children
• CPR & First Aid certified, non-smoker, and willing to undergo COVID testing
• U.S. work authorization and ability to sign an NDA
• Strong problem-solving skills and a long-term commitment to the role
• Passport-ready for travel

Additional Details:

• Live-in accommodation provided during shifts (shared room with alternating nanny)
• Must be comfortable working in a fully staffed home
• Immediate start
