NetSuite Business Analyst

Remote or Boca Raton, FL ( 3 days onsite)

This role will primarily support Accounts Receivable (AR) and Revenue Management , with additional responsibilities across Accounts Payable (AP) , General Ledger (GL) , and other financial operations.

Must haves:

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on NetSuite.
  • Deep knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Advanced Revenue Management (ARM) .
  • Proficient in SuiteFlow , SuiteBuilder , saved searches , and custom reporting .
• Configure and support NetSuite financial modules, especially AR and Advanced Revenue Management (ARM).
• Create documentation for business processes, configurations, and training materials.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Experience with Salesforce , Oracle Fusion , or other CRM/ERP integrations.
• NetSuite certifications (Administrator or SuiteCloud Developer).
• Background in SaaS or subscription-based business models .
• Familiarity with financial reporting standards like ASC 606 .
