Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious
Non-emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Driver to join our team! As the NEMT Driver, you will be responsible for the safe operation of vehicles while adhering to a schedule and ensuring your passengers well-being. The ideal candidate has a class E license and previous experience as a NEMT driver. If you have an impeccable driving record, high safety standards, and enjoy being around people, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities - Pick up and drop off passengers at designated location
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Conduct regular vehicle safety inspections and report any maintenance or repair issues promptly
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle in a safe manner
- Engage with passengers in a friendly and courteous manner
Qualifications - Class E license
- Clean driving record with no recent accidents or traffic citations
- Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Ability to follow GPS directions
