Join Elite 205 as a Non-Profit Account Associate with a passion for community impact! Based in Alexandria, we are an ambitious nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting local charity partners. We're seeking an individual who brings energy, creativity, and a strong commitment to making a difference. As part of our team, you'll help create and execute impactful promotional campaigns that inspire donations and raise awareness for vital causes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, coordinate, and execute fundraising and promotional campaigns that engage the community and drive donations to support local charities.
  • Create and implement engaging promotional materials that resonate with our mission and goals.
  • Assist in the setup of events and fundraising activities, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and deliver memorable experiences.
  • Build and nurture relationships with charity partners, stakeholders, and community businesses to foster collaboration and increase donations.
  • Support the marketing and communications team to promote upcoming events and initiatives, contributing ideas for outreach and visibility.
  • Monitor and report on event outcomes, helping the team refine strategies for future campaigns.

Requirements:

  • A college degree in nonprofit management, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred, but 1-2 years of relevant experience or internship work will also be considered.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring that events and initiatives are executed flawlessly.
  • A proactive, results-driven approach, with a willingness to take initiative and contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for events and special projects.
  • Outstanding time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for community engagement and a commitment to delivering excellent service to donors, partners, and the public.
