Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Closing/Escrow Officer at Mid South Title Services, LLC in Gretna, LA. The Closing/Escrow Officer will be responsible for managing closings, notarizing documents, handling escrow accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and working with residential real estate transactions.

Starting Range of $60,000.00 variable with experience. Benefits available.

Qualifications

Five Years

• Experience in Closings, Escrow, and Residential Real Estate
• Notary certification
• Strong customer service skills
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Knowledge of title insurance and real estate transactions
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
