This role involves providing general pediatric primary care, including same-day sick visits and minor injury care. National board certification as a PNP or FNP. Minimum of 1-2 years of pediatric experience preferred (new graduates with strong pediatric training will also be considered). CPR and PALS certifications (or willingness to obtain prior to start). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with young patients and their families. Educate patients and families on preventive care, immunizations, nutrition, and other health-related topics. Collaborate with other healthcare providers and staff to ensure seamless care coordination and delivery. Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards.
