Job Description

Title: Office Manager/Executive Assistant

Location: Bellevue, WA (Hybrid 3 days onsite – 2 days remote)

MUST-HAVES:

  • 2 - 4 years of experience as Executive Assistant/Office Manager
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Spreadsheet management (Excel), PowerPoint, MS Teams
  • High level of professionalism, well spoken, self-starter

PLUSSES:

  • Notary Public
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Prior real estate experience, lease documentation, legal documents etc

DAY TO DAY:

  • Insight Global is seeking an Executive Assistant and Office Manager to join our clients regional office located in Bellevue, Washington. The Executive Assistant and Office Manager will provide a variety of diversified and confidential administrative and support services to the Vice President, Market Officer and the leasing team to ensure maximum efficiency of daily administrative operations. This person will also administer and communicate basic decisions on behalf of office leadership, when appropriate.

Compensation:

$70,000 to $80,000 per year annual salary.
