Onboarding Specialist - Life Insurance Industry (Atlanta, GA)

About the Role

In this key support position, you'll act as a bridge between internal operations, agents, and regulatory bodies. Your ability to work across platforms, manage contracts and licensing, and deliver consistent, professional service will make you an invaluable part of the team.

Responsibilities

• Process new agent documentation, reviewing contracts, commission schedules, licenses, and associated paperwork
• Maintain and update agent records across systems including USSI, ImageRight, and legacy platforms
• Verify agent appointments and compliance across multiple states using SIRCON
• Respond to inquiries from agents and hierarchies through phone and email
• Process state renewals and contribute to ongoing team projects with agency leadership

Qualifications

• Prior experience in insurance contracting or agency support strongly preferred
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Proficiency with mainframes, imaging systems, and internal applications
• Ability to manage tasks independently in a deadline-driven setting
