JOB DESCRIPTION Day to Day Responsibilities - Focus on maintaining and enhancing Oracle-based utility applications.
- Integrating real-time data into Client systems and making sure billing, metering, and customer support processes run efficiently?
- Implementing custom solutions related to MBM and CC&B for utility operations
- Work with other teams to identify requirements, troubleshoot issues, and enhance system performance
Must Haves - 3 -5 years experience working with Oracle based utility applications
- Proficient in CC&B
- someone who understands the entire billing process, not just what it means/does
- Experience with MBM (meter-based billing solutions)
- Oracle database experience working in a Java Development environment
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Middleware and data integration tools (ETL)
- Experience with Oracle SQL and SL/SQL for customer service database management
- Experience in the utilities industry is also very important (gas and electric)
Pluses - Relevant experience in the energy industry
- Meter to cash experience (MTC) is definitely a plus
- Itron is their utilities vendor so any mention of Itron can be a plus
