Role: Oracle HCM Consultant
Location: Remote PST Hours
Experience : 8+yrs
Duration: 6+ months

Must have : Time & Labor , Payroll and Core HR implementation with Heavy extracts , Fast Formulas & HDL experience.
Must have Act as the subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud T&L , Payroll providing guidance and knowledge on system configuration, process optimization, and integration with other modules like HCM.
Assist in the configuration and implementation of Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions, including defining payroll elements, tax calculations, payroll costing, and payment methods. Translate payroll business requirements into functional solutions within the Oracle Cloud environment.
Identify and recommend system enhancements to improve payroll accuracy, processing efficiency, and compliance. Proactively monitor for changes in legislation or organizational requirements and adapt payroll configurations as necessary.
