Pacific Companies is proud to present an exceptional opportunity for a compassionate and skilled Psychiatrist who likes to see adults and children, to join a comprehensive, family-focused community health center that offers primary medical, dental, pediatric and behavioral health care to anyone. Located an hour south of Oklahoma City, this position is part of a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that emphasizes comprehensive, excellent care and service to its community. Professional:
- 100% Outpatient – No Nights, No Weekends, No Call
- Potential for 1 – 2 days of Telehealth per week
- Average 15 patients per day
- Majority of patients are med management
- Common cases include: Depression, Anxiety, Social Disorders, Alzheimers, PTSD, ADHD
- 4 ½ day work week with 4 hours administrative time
- Option for a 4-day work week
- Full Support Staff including LCSW, LADC, LMFT,
- EMR is eclinical works
Compensation and Benefits
- $310K Base Salary + Productivity Bonus
- 6 weeks TOTAL PTO; $3,000 CME allowance
- $50K Sign on, $8K Relocation
- Comprehensive benefits including Employer Paid Health Insurance, LTD, STD, Basic Life, AD&D
- 457b and 401a retirement options available
- Qualifies for NHSC Loan Repayment
Qualifications:
- Must be Board Certified/Board Eligible
- Will consider J1/H1-B Visas
