Job Description
Biggs Transport is now seeking Full Time and Part time Delivery Drivers to join our team delivering packages. Minimum 1 year of delivery experience is required.
Details on the position are below:
Work Schedule:
- Full-Time and Part time opportunities
- 8:30am-6pm (40-45 hours per week)
- Full time schedules: Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday
- Part time schedules: 2-3 days per week including Saturday/Sunday
Responsibilities:
- Dispatch from Whitehall, deliveries to Reynoldsburg, Pickerington, or Canal Winchester, Ohio.
- Drive in a safe and defensive manner.
- Complete FedEx pick-ups & deliveries timely, accurately, and securely, with a focus on customer service.
- Drive 14'-16' cutaway or step van, up to 150 stops per day.
Qualifications:
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
- At least 1 year of applicable Experience required.
- NO CDL required
- Clean driving record
- Clean criminal background
- Must pass DOT Physical and Drug Test (that includes marijuana)
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to handle physical workload, constant movement, in and out of vehicles delivering different size packages
- Lift up to 150lbs with assistance of a dolly.
- Ability to use navigation, scanner, and other technology as needed.
