Paid Media Manager
Brenton Way is looking for a Paid Media Manager with deep expertise in Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.) to lead performance-driven advertising campaigns. If you have a track record of scaling ad accounts profitably, optimizing budgets, and executing high-impact growth strategies, we want to hear from you.
This role is perfect for someone who is data-driven, creative, and thrives in fast-paced environments, with bonus experience in Native, Display, and Direct Out-of-Home (DOOH) advertising.
Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Search & Paid Social Strategy
• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Shopping, YouTube), Bing Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Pinterest Ads.
• Develop full-funnel paid media strategies tailored to client objectives, ensuring strong ROAS, CPA efficiency, and revenue growth.
• Implement conversion tracking, pixel setups, and attribution models to measure campaign performance accurately.
• Continuously test ad creatives, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and ad formats to maximize performance.
2. Performance Optimization & Analytics
• Monitor campaign KPIs (ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPM, LTV, etc.) and make data-driven optimizations to improve performance.
• Use analytics tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Business Suite, and Google Tag Manager to track and report performance.
• Build custom dashboards and client reports with actionable insights to enhance decision-making.
3. Audience Targeting & Segmentation
• Create and refine high-converting audience segments, including lookalikes, retargeting pools, and interest-based audiences.
• Implement A/B testing across different audience segments, ad creatives, and copy variations.
• Optimize eCommerce sales funnels through paid media campaigns, from cold traffic acquisition to retention strategies.
4. Creative Strategy & Execution
• Collaborate with creative strategists and designers to develop high-performing ad creatives.
• Analyze ad creative performance and provide recommendations for iteration and improvement.
• Stay on top of platform updates and industry trends to refine creative approaches.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Skills
• 5+ years of experience managing Paid Search & Paid Social campaigns with proven success in scaling ad accounts profitably.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads (other platforms a plus).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with A/B testing, conversion tracking, and performance optimization.
• Strong copywriting skills to craft high-converting ad creatives.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, budgets, and campaigns simultaneously.
Bonus Skills
• Experience with Native & Display Advertising (Taboola, Outbrain, Google Display Network).
• Knowledge of Direct Out-of-Home (DOOH) advertising and its integration with digital campaigns.
• Experience working with eCommerce, beauty, health & wellness, supplements, and CPG brands.
• Familiarity with Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, and Retail Media Networks for CPG brands.
• Understanding of automation tools, bid strategies, and AI-driven campaign optimization.
