Part Time Nanny/Family Assistant in Paramus, NJ

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (20 hours/week)
Compensation: $30–$35 per hour, based on experience
Start Date: End of May
Benefits: paid time off, major holidays

We are seeking a reliable and nurturing Mother’s Helper to assist with evening routines for our growing family. The ideal candidate will work alongside mom to help care for a toddler and a newborn and support the household during the busy after-school and evening hours.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with mom to meet the needs of both children (toddler and newborn)
• Prepare dinner for the family (ingredients provided)
• Clean up the kitchen after meals
• Support with bathtime and bedtime routines as needed
• Fold and put away laundry
• Load/unload dishwasher and take out trash and recycling
• Tidy children’s rooms and common areas, organize toys and belongings
• Clean up the house in the evening to reset for the next day
• Prepare children’s items for the next day (clothes, bottles, diaper bag, etc.)

Qualifications:

• Experience with infants and toddlers
• Reliable, punctual, and organized
• Kind, helpful, and comfortable taking direction
• Ability to multitask and keep calm in a busy household environment
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
• Provide 3-5 professional reverences
• Must have U.S. authorized
