Part-Time Onboarding Specialist

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Montgomery, AL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule new hire orientation sessions
• Conduct onboarding training sessions for new employees
• Assist new hires with completing necessary paperwork and forms
• Provide support and guidance to new employees during their first few weeks on the job
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a positive onboarding experience

Requirements:

• Previous experience in onboarding or HR preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
